Morning rituals have a great impact on our daily life routine. If we are able to win the morning rituals then it becomes even more easy for us to win the complete day.

Your first 2 hours can give you a magnificent energy for your whole  day and life.  every successful person in this world have one thing in common that the master there golden time of the day that is “The Morning Routine“.

The most common things that makes Tony Robbins Steve Jobs Barack Obama Mark Zuckerberg Warren Buffett and other great leaders different from others is  their morning schedule. 

Almost every successful  leader  gets up between 5:00 a.m. – 6 a.m. And they start their day even before the whole world is sleeping  because their first two  golden hours  of the day helps them to make the whole day  an amazing day.

Interestingly our mobile phones can directly kill our productivity and creativity just with one wrong message in the early morning. So you have to promise yourself from this very day that you are not going to touch your white tiny screen in the very beginning of a day.

And greenery has become hard-to-find but if you have this blessing around your area then get up at 5 o’clock and go and spend some time with nature because nature will serve you one of the splandid benefits to make your day the best day of your life.

Sitting down on the floor closing your eyes holding your hands in Namaste mudra and chanting the one Om name in your mind and it will start reducing the hole stress slowly- slowly and  will help you to boost Your control over your mind.
